  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka) — applicable for all methods.

6 Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes 10–45 minutes.
  • The account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
  • bit333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
All payment transactions are processed according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

7 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Terms for claiming the bonus:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳26,000.
  • Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount 15 times (15x).
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

bit333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

8 General Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all promotions and offers from bit333:

  • A promotion may only be used with one bonus at a time.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for placing bets.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, bit333 may investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
  • Promotional offers are valid only for a specified period.

VIP Program and Cashback

9 VIP Levels and Benefits

The bit333 VIP program has five levels in total. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance from one level to the next through regular gaming activity. Detailed rules regarding VIP levels and cashback are subject to change, and bit333's decision on such matters is final.

Please note: To receive cashback benefits, your account must be fully active and verified.

Prohibited Activities

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing bonuses or using bonus-hunting strategies.
  • Conducting transactions using another person's payment method.
  • Participating in money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Using software bots or automated systems.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

bit333 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these Terms.

  • If an underage user is identified.

In the event of account closure, the return of any legitimate balance will be assessed on an individual basis.
